Greet those coming to the North Shore Senior Center to have their taxes prepared through the AARP Tax Aide Program. Distribute and review paperwork with clients and explain process. Must have knowledge of the Tax Aide Program process (training provided). Excellent customer service skills required. Volunteers must be discreet with and keep client’s personal and financial information confidential. The AARP Tax Aide Program runs from February 2023 to mid-April 2023. Training for the program will begin prior to the start date.
