Retrieve voicemails, return phone calls, and schedule appointments for the AARP Tax Aide Program. Must have knowledge of the Tax Aide Program process (training provided). Excellent data entry, phone and customer service skills are required. Volunteers must be discreet with and keep client’s personal and financial information confidential. The AARP Tax Aide Program runs from February 2023 to mid-April 2023. Training for the program will begin prior to the start date.
