Go Green Winnetka’s Communications Team is calling for volunteers to assist us in growing our influence and promoting sustainability in Winnetka and beyond. Specific strengths would be an aptitude for digital media and strong communication skills. We’re happy to train you. Are you a photographer? We’d love to enlist you to help us keep the images on our website and in our newsletter seasonally updated and fresh. We’d also love to find someone who can help us create video content for a YouTube and/or TikTok account. We are flexible and willing to work with your schedule. If you’re interested in working with us to make our community a greener place to live, we’d love to hear from you! We are an all-volunteer group, advocating for environmental stewardship and sustainability in Winnetka, Illinois. Go Green Winnetka is a member of the larger regional network of Go Green groups, through Go Green Illinois. As a member organization we support collaborative environmental justice efforts across the region and state. Go Green Winnetka holds regular meetings that are open to the public.
