Connections provides housing, employment and supportive services to move individuals and families out of the shadow of homelessness.
Connections’ programs include Prevention, EntryPoint (Street Outreach), Hilda’s Place Transitional Shelter, Family Housing Services, Permanent Supportive Housing, as well as Employment, Health, and Educational services promoting self-sufficiency.

As a volunteer at Connections, you can:
Cook breakfast or dinner for the residents at Hilda’s Place Transitional Shelter or make bag breakfasts or bag lunches for our drop in program (use the links to schedule a date).
Help behind-the-scenes doing light data entry or clerical work.
Sort the clothing and food donations in our pantry
Drive to pick up special donations
Tutor adults or children or coach adults through computer based job applications
Volunteers are an integral part of daily operations at Connections for the Homeless, and we are thankful to the hundreds of volunteers who give us their time.

2. When you are finished, you will be given the dates to the next volunteer orientations
3. Can’t make an orientation? Join us for one time volunteer opportunities. Second Saturdays are service Saturdays. Sign up here.
