About Faith, Hope & Good Mental Health

Faith, Hope & Recovery logo

Faith, Hope & Good Mental Health provides resources that help people affected by mental health challenges find hope and support through connection with others. Through these resources (small group curriculum, workshops, presentations), people may become more knowledgeable about mental health issues which can increase compassion and reduce stigma.

We are currently releasing our new curriculum, Restoring Wholeness. It is a small group, six-session experience which uses spiritual practices to increase awareness of how blocked emotions can lead to mental health challenges. Understanding our own vulnerabilities increases compassion for others and reduces stigma.
We are writing another version of this material for individuals called Journey. It will be out in Spring 2021.

Our primary target is faith communities and older adult facilities. We will expand our reach to individuals and the “spiritual but not religious” population in Spring 2021.

Rev. McNair speaks at Zoom conferences and offer workshops. She writes articles in many faith-based organizations.
