About Reading Power Inc.
Our mission is to accelerate children’s literacy learning and to develop their love for reading and writing.
Reading Power provides individualized, high-dosage, one-to-one tutoring in person during the school day for children in preschool through second grade. We do this by partnering with schools needing supplemental literacy support, where needs exceed resources. Our mission is to accelerate children’s literacy learning and to develop their love for reading and writing.
Together, we can make a difference in the lives of children in Lake County and beyond. Since our founding in 2003, Reading Power volunteers have tutored more than 5,000 children.
