Search provides high-quality, person-centered services including supported living arrangements, adult learning programs and career services, as well as medical, behavioral, therapeutic and home-based services. Our programs, which include No Boundaries and JJ’s List, serve more than 600 people and their families annually at locations throughout the Chicagoland area.

JJ'sList.com, the Search social enterprise, provides training and experiential learning for young adults with disabilities to build the skills they need to find and keep employment in the community. Our unique community-based programs include Disability Awareness Trainings, which teach individuals how to interact in a disability-aware way; “Hop On the Bus” workshops that teach individuals with disabilities how to take public transportation and ComEd Energy Force Ambassadorships, through which individuals with disabilities build the self-organizing and communications skills they need for successful employment.
