  For the past 70+ years, the Winnetka Children’s Fair has kicked off summer vacation for the children in our community. The Fair is planned, coordinated and run by the Board of Director’s of the Winnetka Community Nursery School — but it is operated and supported by more than 750 volunteers from the community who give of their time and resources willingly to this special event. Dear Friends of the Winnetka Children's Fair, For the past 70+ years, the Winnetka Children's Fair has kicked off summer vacation for the children in our community. The Fair is planned, coordinated and run by the Board of Director's of the Winnetka Community Nursery School  -- but it is operated and supported by more than 750 volunteers from the community who give of their time and resources willingly to this special event. Every year we seek volunteers to work a 2-1/2 hour shift at one of the various attractions and/or booths during the Fair.   Please check our website for the dates of this year's fair -- and let us know if you can help.
